Feasibility Reports
Fe Techno Engineering & Power Solutions carryout project feasibility studies for iron ore processing, steel and power projects and prepare techno-economic project feasibility reports for new projects. The activity involves Raw material analysis, Product quality requirement, Study of resource availability, logistic support for resources and product handling. An analysis of different process methods and finalization of most economic process routes is evolved.
Report will cover various aspects of the project economics like project cost, production cost, analysis of return on investment and socio-economic impact assessment.
Engineering
Basic Engineering
Basic Engineering is the first stage of an engineering activity prior to commencement of project implementation. As part of Basic Engineering studies, the following activities are carried out:
Detailed Engineering
Detailed engineering activity involves design of various plant units and process equipment. We use modern techniques, calculations and design tools to guarantee quality engineering and shorter delivery time
Project Management
Project management services are another area of our strength. We provide overall project co-ordination and scheduling of project activities for timely completion of new projects.
Fe Techno will develop detailed project schedule using scheduling software, for all activities of the project, monitor project progress and co-ordinate with Clients, vendors and construction agencies, prepare monthly progress reports and ensure Project is on schedule. Report will cover various aspects of the project economics like project cost, production cost, analysis of return on investment and socio-economic impact assessment.
Supervision and Inspection Services
We have vast experience in supervision of construction activities of Beneficiation, Pellet, Sinter, Blast Furnace, EAF & Power Plants. During construction till commisssioning, we supervise the entire range of project activities from civil and structural construction, equipment erction, plant Start-up and Operation of new Plant.
During pre-commissioning we ensure that the the equipment is erected as per suppliers recommendations with respect to the elevation, alignment and the equipment subsystems are properly installed. During commissioning, we ensure that the installed system performs as per the design intent of the Process and that all the installation objectives are accomplished in pre-defined order without pushing the equipment beyond its operating limits.
Training and Skill Development
There has been an acute shortage of technically trained manpower, who can understand the process, equipment and effectively operate several plant units and optimise the plant and equipment availability. This is more relevant in respect of the beneficiation, pelletising, the iron & steel and power plants because of the varying properties of naturally available raw minerals. A well trained and motivated plant operating team is always an asset to any industrial unit. Fe techno has realised such needs to train and upgrade their skills of plant operating personnel, so that the plant can be setup and stabilised to demonstrate the plant performance with in a short span of time.
We provide extensive training to the Plant Operation and Maintenance personnel, which will include on-the-job training during Commissioning stage at the Plant site, as well as Theoretical training in class rooms.
